Who manufactures the towels
Jaroll is one of the drafting organizations of GB/T 40276-2021, Soft nonwoven towels, the Chinese national standard that sets requirements and test methods for dry nonwoven wipes used to clean human skin. That standard status belongs to the company. It does not mean every product is certified, and it does not make the standard mandatory: GB/T standards are recommended, not compulsory.
In face-towel production, the manufacturer has supplied private-label programs for hundreds of brands worldwide. The work that matters at the sample stage is the balance between resistance to surface fuzzing, hand feel, and thickness: polyester content raises fuzzing, higher spunlace pressure bonds the web more tightly but makes the fabric firmer and thinner, and the useful specification sits between those two pulls.

Specification review
The combination is checked for production feasibility: fiber and ratio against texture and GSM, fold against pack, piece weight against carton plan.

Sample approval
Samples are compared under the conditions in section 04. The approved sample becomes the reference for hand feel, surface, and dimensions.

Packaging approval
Artwork, printed claims, label, barcode, piece count, and carton specification are signed off before production begins.

Production and shipment
Production is checked against the approved specification and sample, then packed and handed to the forwarder under the agreed trade term.
